This beautiful specimen still has its bark in tact, the smaller pieces also found around it were made of septarian on the inside with a mix of petrified wood with classic visible growth rings, limb cast in some areas and calcite crystals in pockets. If you plan to cut it open, you will likely find the same, it polishes very easily.
